But lately had a need to setup RDP (remote desktop services). It is extremely slow with noticeable lag even on machines that are connected to one and the same network on the same subnet. Pinging shows <1ms latencies but when I type text in my RDP session there is a lag almost to the tune of 1 second. It makes using the RDP session almost useless.
